Some of the design elements were not as good as hoped. The children only did as specified by instructors, or watched the instructors, rather than problem solving on how to make a bridge/ build a raft. (June 2022 - Primary School)

Our pupils loved the site and benefitted from expert tuition in a range of sporting activities such as archery, fencing, high ropes and off-road mountain biking. They felt like they had been on a real adventure! (June 2022 - Primary School)
The activities were excellent and the students were able to explore the local area as a part of the planned sessions. Food options were good. Social spaces provided some great breakout. Location on the water was lovely.
Only thing that lets this place down is the basic accommodation BUT the pros outweigh the cons. (September 2021 - Secondary School)

A fantastic, safe venue with a friendly atmosphere. The water activities in particular are usually a new exciting experience for the children. The staff are professional, experienced, knowledgable, friendly and helpful. It is a thoroughly enjoyable trip for both adults and children. (September 2019 - Primary School)

Generally very good facilities and really lovely staff however not all activities suitable for age group. One set of bike riding was a little too cross country and long for 10-11 year olds. (July 2019 - Primary School)

Apart from the showers belonging to a museum the site is fantastic, the leaders have a wonderful manner with the students. Food is plentiful and child friendly. Great visit (December 2017 - Primary School)
