| Equity | The Hotel accommodation was terrible, we was placed on separate floor despite asking to be placed on the same floor. A group of teenage boys was opposite the girls that was on our trip and were asking them to leave the hotel and go to a party with them. The doors on the hotel kept malfunctioning where cards would not work and people could just open the door without a key. On our last day 3 pupils were trapped in a room for 3 hours becuase there was a malfunction with their door. | 17 October 2023 | |

| Robinwood Activity Centre - Dobroyd Castle | Staff accompanying visit had to change due to absence. Mrs McNally. Mr Williams. Mrs Stead, Mrs Steel. Miss Kinsella. During the visit there were no reportable accidents or incidents. Children's behaviour was exemplary which was commented on by the centre staff. | Kingswood Grosvenor Hall | Even though this is a very large Kingswood Centre, everything was well organised from arrival to us leaving. The activities were good and the instructors were great, food was decent enough and the rooms were fine. Centre is just a little tired and a lot of other groups there too.
