An excellent facility. The only point stopping them getting a 5th star is that we'd given them meal times at their request and we still ended up eating breakfast at the same time as the other guests which wasn't ideal for the other guests or school as there weren't enough seats. A wonderful stay all round and the staff were brilliant. (March 2022 - Primary School)

Very good venue for our 17 Y4s and Y5s. Fantastic countryside round, offering great outdoor activities. Two of the youth hostel rooms (on the top floor) were an unusual layout, which prevents me giving 5/5.

Clean rooms etc, really helpful staff, lovely food. Bit of a mix up with the ordering of food as we received it the Monday before we went.We need to ask for this earlier in the term next time. Even the sandwiches which were ordered at the hostel weren't correct! (June 2018 - Primary School)
