| London School of Diving | Kids all enjoyed the experience and communication was generally good, once lines had been opened (lockdown made it a challenge at first as no-one was in the office). Only thing that could have been better on this front was the link between LSD and the second provider (U-Ocean). | Delta Force Head Office | Some communication was good, like checking in on payments and a couple of days before booking. Contact on the day was poor. We needed to call as we were running late but there was no direct line to the specific venue. We were told by the call operator that someone from the specific venue would call back but no-one did. | Hilltop Outdoor Centre | Always amazing. The staff, from the office to the activity instructors to the catering and housekeeping teams are all friendly and patient. The instructors give the children confidence to try things out of their comfort zone and challenge themselves in a supported way. The level of personal challenge for each individual was a huge success in building the confidence and self belief for our students.
