Great morning of activities well organised and good safety. (May 2023 - Primary School)

(May 2023 - Secondary School)

(March 2023 - Secondary School)

Great set up, instructors can run games and activities to engage all pupils, secondary pupils probably more suited. The Treetops Adventure plus done by our group of Year 10s was fantastic and a great challenge. Teachers allowed on as well. Highly recommend. Very nice on a hot day, since the trees were shady and cool. (June 2022 - Secondary School)

the trip had both advantages and disadvantages. We took a year seven cohorts on this trip and I would not recommend taking older students on this trip. The high rope course was excellent and the students thoroughly enjoyed this however this only lasted for one hour. It must also be noted that the team games only lasted for approximately 45 minutes. With these two activities being the main focus of the day it left a large amount of time which teachers and parent volunteers had to fill with other activities. I think clearer structure within this free time would have been better for example setting a treasure hunt around the forest or other clear activities such as den building. The area did provide a great amount of things to do for example the year seven students enjoyed playing in the play park and playing with the sticks in the forest but as I have said some more structure to this free time would have been appreciated. it must also he said that some of the staff at the site guiding the team activities were not particularly enthusiastics and did not lead the tasks very well. Fortunately we had year sevens with us and they were very good at simply enjoying themselves and playing in every time but I fear any older age group would not have been able to entertain themselves so independently in these large amounts of free time. Otherwise it was a good venue beautiful surroundings and a very easy coach ride there. There were also good facilities in the local area such as toilets and a cafe. Ultimately in some ways it felt like quite a lot of money for quite small activities that the students got to do but nonetheless that they very much enjoyed their day. I was also very pleased with the communications with goape and would recommend the person I liaised with. (December 2021 - Secondary School)

Great high ropes activity. The gorilla games perhaps needed more enthusiasm by leaders. (November 2021 - Primary School)

The children really enjoyed the high ropes, but not the Outdoor Escape Room which wasn't very challenging for their age group (Y6) - the team games which we had done previously where much better. (July 2021 - Primary School)

Exactly the right challenge both mentally and physically. Huge venue with potential to add in walk. (July 2021 - Secondary School)

(June 2021 - Secondary School)
