(February 2022 - Primary School)

(February 2022 - Primary School)

Excellent staff who included children of all abilities. (November 2021 - Primary School)

The group arrived late with no message sent to school. A member of the team was having to self-isolate but no contingency plan had been arranged for this scenario. They were to continue with the visit and offer 2/3 of the planned activities. Then the climbing wall broke and so the first session ended up being a time-filler activity on the field. The climbing wall managed to be fixed and the children all took a turn. The course leader was very enthusiastic and tried his best to make a good experience out of a bad situation. The second person was young, shy and did not communicate well or interact with the children or staff. The course leader broke covid protocols a number of times and I had to remind him a number of times of our precautions. The course leader agreed with the company that they would return free of charge. It has taken four months and three emails to get a reply from the company and they then offered the week following the email reply, which was too soon. We are awaiting the rescheduling of the event. (November 2021 - Primary School)

(September 2021 - Primary School)

Late arrival due to traffic, compounded by the fact that the climbing wall was unable to be driven to the desired location at the school, despite google maps of the school being shared with MM. A secondary location had to be found which cut into the time allowed. Next, there was limited equipment available which meant that 31 children had to wait to share 5 bows, which would have been ideal if, as intended we could have split into 4 groups, but due to the limited numbers of instructors that arrived we had to stay as one large group for the morning activities. The lead instructor was knowledgeable and able, the more junior instructor struggled to lead archery with the whole group. (July 2021 - Primary School)

Very confident and knowledgeable instructor. Arrived early, set up the area before the activity commenced. (July 2021 - Primary School)

(July 2021 - Primary School)

Great experience for the children. Lovely instructors. (July 2021 - Primary School)

Instructors are brilliant with our learners and very accommodating for their different needs and emotions. The activities are well planned and safe and again amendments are made to accommodate learners with mobility issues (March 2020 - Secondary School)

(September 2019 - Secondary School)

Mountain Monkeys staff worked really well with the children and the staff and children thoroughly enjoyed the day. The tuition was very clear and all safety messages were adhered to. (March 2018 - Primary School)
