| Equity | Initial communication with Equity was excellent. However, communication predeparture was not very forthcoming from the individual I dealt with. They were unable to answer many of my questions. It was only when I spoke to their colleague did I get clear details about the services Equity would provide. Airport support was excellent and efficient. The rep in Sorrento was superb - helpful and very knowledgeable. Only one black run in use due to limited snow/time of year but intermediate group was pushed.
