There was a few teething issues such as: Long wait on the bus whilst tickets being printed Students arriving late back to the meeting point Once students had departed the bus, there was some confusion on entry into the park around advising of the meeting point and allowing students to go before checking they were in the correct number of groups. | YHA Ilam Hall | Polite staff who let you look at the venue on a pre visit. Main issue is booking as you don't contact the venue you contact a central booking hub. They don't allow use of the classroom if the hall has a residential in, even if the residential aren't using the room.
