I didn't find WST's service particularly good. I had to do a lot of the booking of trips myself and I didn't feel that the museums the tour company had pre-booked were the best choices for our students. I don't think they provided very good value for money and didn't do enough to personalise the trip for us and our requirements.

An excellent trip overall. Points to note: Our itinerary left us only a very short time to get from the restaurant to the theatre which meant we were slightly late. The hotel was also a long journey from the theatre which meant we got there very late after the show.

The initial service from Nikki at WST was excellent- in the initial stages they were very efficient. Once the rep changed, once flights had been booked then the communication was patchy and there were attempts to change the itinerary at the final stages. In spite of WST being a disappointment, the trip overall was fantastic! the agent in Spain and the local contractors were efficient and so helpful. The students took part really well in language lessons and loved visits to a Spanish school, Picasso Museum and The Alhambra, as well as the processions in Malaga for Palm Sunday. Students were exemplary in their behaviour and staff supervision was seamless. Staff worked really well as a team. Our position on two different floors in the hotel allowed for us to supervise the groups/rooms of students on our respective floors. Groups of 9/10 with one member of staff allowed for us to keep a close eye on our own groups and monitor them and safeguard them in the busy cities of both Malaga and Granada.

Company was generally good but occasionally tried to change things without informing me (e.g. itinerary)
