Really good trip this time. Great communication from NST. Hotel and travel was excellent and we had no issues bar a slight mistake on the booking of one attraction where they had booked 26 instead of 28.

NST Travel expertly facilitated our multi-day trip abroad: the organisation and communication was brilliant from start to finish. Our pupils came away from the trip with an increased understanding of the Western Front of WWI, and an increased awareness and appreciation for different cultures.

Excellent link and trips contact at NST (Charlotte) who was responsive, dealt with all questions thoroughly. Restaurants and visits great. Hostal this time was quite basic and had some issues (very tired and took advice from NST to check rooms thoroughly on arrival) but hotel staff personel did their best to rectify issues. Hostal was in great location, however, so we only really slept there and spent our days out and about instead, including during moments of down time.
