A successful trip which met the needs of our STEM project 'farm to fork'. It was well run and the staff catered really well for our students who do not attend mainstream school.

We had an amazing presentation made by the executive chef of Goodwood, explain about seasonal foods, organic farming, field to fork. He also explained about teh opportunity for apprenticeships that they run at Goodwood. We also tasted a range of different food that they serve at the restaurant- Butcher, farmer, chef. We were taken on a tour of the live stock to see the diary and meat herds and lambs. It was a great opportunity for students to experience a farm as it appeared that some had never been to one.
