there were a number of issues that popped up during the trip, some of which were attributed to partner/sub-agents, but on the whole we opted not to use them as a provider again

Excellent company and organisation. I feel that there could be a little more support in the month ahead to refine the trip. So challenging to arrange every last detail of additional transport when teaching and also owing to unprecedented heat in Valencia, have to reduce walking and I think the company needs to consider the actual distance between things as support.

The travel company WST delivered a great service. The accommodation was clean and convenient. The itinerary worked perfectly. The activities were well-balanced.

Helpful in providing support when a minor issue with the hotel occured. Hotel had not allocated any group space to the group, this was being used by a holiday camp. WST attempted to resolve for us.

If staying in the same hostel request that all students are on the same floor. Had one room on the floor that was with a private individuals that meant that one of our groups rooms was on a different floor (there was still member of staff on that floor though) Also school mobile phones need upgrading. They had very little data (data roaming) meaning that communication was hindered unless we had WiFi signal.

This year it felt like WST were not as on top of this trip as usual, and were not prepared for the changes to EU travel regulations. We did not feel supported for the changes to boarding passes either. The lady who came to Stansted was not needed. We will be requesting changes to our Kraków walking tour - we want to return to Galicia Museum and have the walking tour focussed entirely on the Jewish experience (no need for Centre and Castle tours), and we don't want the audio guides.

Really good value as the theatre tickets were £140 with discount. Well organised by WST.
