Hostel was not suitable due to safety concerns. Live music venue, lots of young adults coming and going until 3am and loud music audible in rooms until 1.30am. Rooms not all on one floor - some pupils without physical access to a staff room on our first night. Paris as a location and the sites visited was excellent and met all our expectations for learning/ enrichment.

Berlin is a rich & vibrant city full of architecture & culture where a wealth of subjects could benefit sending a school trip to.

Good general organisation and support in advance of and during the trip. One miscommunication between WST and suppliers meant we did not get to go on the boat tour but a refund was offered immediately.

Awful experience with wrong flights booked leaving our pupils to stay there an extra day. WST took full responsibility for the error leading to hours of stress and anxiety.
