Excellent link and trips contact at NST (Charlotte) who was responsive, dealt with all questions thoroughly. Restaurants and visits great. Hostal this time was quite basic and had some issues (very tired and took advice from NST to check rooms thoroughly on arrival) but hotel staff personel did their best to rectify issues. Hostal was in great location, however, so we only really slept there and spent our days out and about instead, including during moments of down time.

The itinerary planned by NST was not well organised and the final itinerary should have been released much earlier to plan for additional costs.

Helpful in getting organised before we went, but also supported us with issues whilst we were away. They were very accommodating when things didn't quite work out with restaurant expectations.

NST were generally good, apart from that their communication was not great when members of staff left. We had members of staff leave NST and this was not communicated with us until later, and emails sent to them were not followed up or picked up, meaning items were missed until several months later. In fairness, they rectified issues, but these could have easily have been avoided.
