Great experience for the young people, had fun, challenged them, helped them to overcome fears and build confidence. Staff were generally really friendly and helpful especially our group guide/leader Sara who looked after so well, was absolutely lovely & fantastic with the young people. Excellent venue, staff and organisation. The new facilities were clean and of a good standard.
Activities were as described, PGL led them well - timings and moving between activities well managed (June 2019 - Primary School)
Management did to resolve issues but activity leaders continuously let them down. Many activities spent too long off the equipment and not enough time on it. They listened to feedback well and made sure our children got good value. (June 2019 - Primary School)

Marchants Hill is a modern site. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the entire site & the quality & quantity of food. The staff were good role models as instructors and the children were, in the main kept busy. However, with some of the activities we felt that the time given to the children to participate was quite short with lengthy discussion given beforehand.
