The resort was suitable for a wide range of abilities although it was limited in comparison to the Alps or Dolomites.

Sestriere is an excellent resort for Easter skiing - high altitude snow. nice size town too. Hotel was very well suited to school groups, Halsbury were very good to work with

This was a ski trip - hotel provided great accommodation and food. Good base close to the slopes and ski school. The area was great for beginners and more advanced skiers alike.

Over the last 4 years, we have got this trip down to a well oiled machine. Hostel location is central and easy to access all key tourist attractions. Halsbury have been very helpful in tailoring the trip to our needs. I have given feed back regarding restaurants but by and large they were fine and the last tapas meal was a hit with students. Kingsbrook school are excellent and students really valued their lessons. Only drawback with Barcelona is that all is written and Catalan so were are considering a residential in Sevilla next year.

Iceland is a fascinating country to visit with a clear vision of what we want students to gain from the visit, as well as making this appropriate to the age of students in attendance.
