- By placing an order for a Listing on our website, you warrant that you are:
- not acting in the capacity of a consumer and you are placing an order for a Listing on behalf of a trade, business or profession (the "Business");
- you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts on behalf of the Business; and
- the Business is resident in the UK.
- How the contract is formed
- The contract shall come into existence on the earlier of
- receipt of payment in full by us; or
- publication of your listing on our website.
- These Listing Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise or representation made or given by or on behalf of us which is not set out in these Listing Terms.
- No variation or amendment of these Listing Terms or oral promise, advice, recommendation or commitment related to it shall be valid unless confirmed in writing and issued by or on behalf of both parties.
- Price and payment
- The website is available to users and registered users free of charge. Standard listings are also available free of charge.
- We charge a fee of £99 (excluding VAT) for 12 months for each enhanced listing.
- We accept payment by PayPal only. Invoices will be sent to you by email immediately on receipt of payment.
- We will contact you before expiry of your enhanced listing. If we do not receive payment for a further 12 months listing period by the expiration date of the enhanced listing we will automatically re-list as a standard listing.
- Refund and cancellations
- Please contact us straight away if you think there may be an error or mistake in the amount that you have been charged. In the event that we find a payment has been made in error we will issue a refund via PayPal immediately.
- You may cancel the enhanced listing within the first 14 days after making payment. In such case we will provide you with a full refund via PayPal.
- Refunds in all other circumstances are at out sole discretion.
- Your account and password
- When you register as a user you will choose a user identification password as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.
- We have the right to disable any user account at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Listing Terms.
