The venue offers a wide range of engaging outdoor activities; however, as with any adventure-based environment, there are inherent risks. Pupils who struggle to follow instructions may be at an increased risk of injury. Some areas include older equipment where there are sharp edges from worn or rusted fixtures, although these are not typically located in places where hands would naturally be positioned. Additionally, the uneven, natural terrain presents a risk of trips and falls, particularly for pupils with reduced mobility or coordination. With appropriate supervision, clear expectations, and pre-visit guidance, these risks can be effectively managed.
