The Sustainability Centre offers residential trips, day visits, forest school, farm visits and alternative education within our stunning 55 acre woodland. This provides access to beautiful countryside in the South Downs National Park.
We have a range of expert tutors, indoor and outdoor spaces for learning, a large woodland managed to increase biodiversity, neighbouring farms, live-in yurts, a woodland classroom, food gardens, compost toilets, an organic café, ponds, the local River Meon and an abundance of wildlife!
All of our educational programmes are based on practical hands-on learning linked to the National Curriculum. Activities include building with earth bags and clay, enjoying a trailer tractor tour of our partner farm, experiencing a day in the woods around an open fire and much more... A visit to our Centre allows pupils to be active and brings the topic of sustainability to life.

A wonderful trip, which the children gained a huge amount from. We will be returning next year.

They were brilliant and accommodating to the needs of our learners. Very knowledgeable about the area and great hands-on-activities for the pupils.

An excellent residential. The range of activities could lead to excellent follow up work or pre visit work to many areas of the curriculum. The children were using a ramge of skills fro all the different activities adn so muvh learning from team work to environment to specific subject knowledge and skills.

Really beneficial to learn more about The Anglo-Saxons! Chance to be hands on with artifacts and an experience they wouldn't get at school! Really lovely trip!
