There rooms were all ok and there were no issues with the hot water. The team at Belmont were short staffed and dinner was very late on the Saturday evening, there also were not the normal supply of fresh fruit for the pupils and staff.

Accommodation and rehearsal spaces for our music groups were good for our needs. The staff were very welcoming and very helpful. Food was disappointing sadly - some unusual offerings and on a couple of occasions there wasn't quite enough for our hungry bunch. Outdoor activities were great, the leaders were very good and gave our pupils a good experience.

The Centre Manager and staff were all extremely helpful and welcoming, and attended to all our requests promptly and courteously. The accommodation was generally good, but pupils would have liked more space in the dorm areas for belongings (there were no cupboards, drawers, hanging spaces, cubby holes etc). The site was always nice and warm and the rehearsal spaces are ideal for music groups - we were able to accomodate all the different sizes of ensemble we wished. However, the food was disappointing in quality and quantity at times. Spaghetti Bolognese without spaghetti was an unusual one, and running out of toast on our first breakfast then running out of sandwiches each supper time wasn't ideal and pupils were disappointed.
