Very good opportunity to see and ride behind a steam engine. Staff helpful and friendly.

Mostly good. On the first day even though the train back was cancelled, they were very organised and sorted out a bus back from Haworth. On the second day it felt like they had booked too many schools all at once (considering there was only 1 train running) and other groups. We booked 40 children and 8 adults and only had 40 seats. Even when we'd put 3 reception children on 1 seat, there was still 2 adults standing. They have offered a refund on some of this but the man I spoke to was quite defensive and said that this has never been a problem before.

A well organised and inspiring day for all the children involved. Linked to our topic on Harry Potter and the children got so much out of their visit. Would highly recommend.
