First class service. Europe for Schools (EFS) gave us a seamless service from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, ticketing, communication, guidance. No request was too big, or too small - Kathryn at EFS was quick to attend to all of our questions and requests. We would definitely use EFS again for trips abroad.

The itinerary did not allow sufficient time to transfer to the different activities and ensure the welfare needs of the pupils and staff were met. Finding lunch on the go for 33 people was not successful given the destinations and availability of food etc. My contact did not respond to my messages are adequately arrange the pick up from Gatwick which meant 1hour and a half wait at Gatwick, no coach, when I finally managed to speak to contact, she did not know and essentially had not arranged a liaison between the coach and the airport so we were in total limbo. We finally arrived back at school at midnight.
