We are the independent charity that loves and looks after six of the most wonderful palaces in the world. The palaces are the setting for the stories that shape us all, and we’re bringing them to people in ways that mean more to them. We want everyone to find themselves in the spaces and stories we share.

Disappointing 'Investigating Henry' session. Great leader, but in previous years, children rotated around the evidence tables. This time, they remained at one for the entire time, only quickly looking at the others for a couple of minutes at the end. The children needed more pace to the session; they needed to move onto the other tables. Too much time spent at one table meant lots lost interest in the task.

Parking was straightforward but there was some confusion (even though it stated on the RS) as to where to park! The venue was appropriate for the pupils and the workshop was led excellently - suitably challenging and enjoyably presented.

Hampton Court is a great environment for a school trip. Obviously great for history, but also art & design, politics or architecture. Really well set up for visitors with displays and expert attendants.

A wonderful day out - very child friendly and so interesting. Both indoor and outdoor features are excellent
