Hotels were great and the driver/coach was lovely. However, there seemed to have been some miscommunication in terms of the itinerary supplied to the driver and that supplied to us. I had been told by Hellene there was a booking for the Acropolis Museum but the team on the ground said this had not been confirmed. The driver had details of a different hotel on the first night and I had reservation details for a different restaurant in Delphi.
