Yes. At Snozone we are committed to ensuring our activities and venues are accessible to all and are especially proud of our Snozone Disability Snowsports team who enable us to adapt our on-snow activities to cater for all types of additional needs and disabilities. For all on-snow activities warm, waterproof clothing is recommended with long sleeves, long trousers, helmets and gloves being mandatory.
Helmet hire is included in your ticket price, and if you or your students forget your gloves or warm socks, these can be purchased from our kiosks in each venue.
Helmets, skis, snowboards, boots and poles are all included in your ticket price so there is no additional charge.
We have lockers that require a £1 coin or trolley token, which can be purchased in each venue for £1.50. Your Sales team contact may also be able to provide you with details of where to safely store your groups belongings whilst participating in their on-snow activity.
Yes, freshly prepared meals are available from our Alpine Kitchen from £8.99 per person. Speak to your Sales team contact when making your booking.

They did not provide in-date public liability insurance and the trip therefore had to be cancelled. They were very unresponsive to emails and phone calls regarding this.

Great venue and friendly staff allowing the students to learn how to ski

Great experience with our students. All equipment was ready and labelled for when we arrived ready to hand to students. Instructors were ready on time and took students in their groups to lessons. Instruction was great quality and effectively progressed skiers. Instructors moved students up through groups as they progressed. The less able students were supported effectively.
