Lovely workshops which engage students. Use of hands-on objects is definitely a bonus.

Excellent trip. A really well-planned itinery was provided for us from the National Civil War Centre, including source-handling, a tour of the town and a reenactment of the trial of Charles I. The students left feeling inspired and keen to get back into their Civil War studies!
