We use a continuous belay system, ensuring students are securely attached throughout the course. All instructors are fully trained, experienced, and provide thorough safety briefings and ongoing supervision during activities.
The minimum age is 6 years, and 1.2 meters tall, as harnesses are adjustable. Students aged 6or7 will need a participating adult to support them on the main high ropes course.
We can accommodate up to X60 students on the high ropes course at one time, depending on the group’s needs and age range. For larger groups, rotations through different activities can be arranged.
The standard high ropes experience lasts 2 hours, but with additional activities like axe throwing, air rifle shooting, or the Zip Trek adventure, the visit can be extended to a half-day or full-day experience.

Yes, we have an event cabin with indoor seating for smaller groups. larger groups can be accommodated, subject to prior agreement in the Secret Nuclear Bunker. There are also picnic zones where students can enjoy snacks and lunch.
Students should wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes (trainers or hiking boots are ideal). Long hair should be tied back, and all loose items should be secured.

Our activities run in most weather conditions, including rain. In the case of extreme weather, such as high winds or lightning, we may need to pause or reschedule activities for safety. We will notify you promptly if any changes are necessary.
No, there are no hidden costs. All equipment, safety gear, and instruction are included in the package price. Any additional activities or extras will be clearly outlined at the time of booking. Parking is free for cars and coaches.
For safety, we require a 1:20 adult-to-student ratio for primary school groups and secondary school groups. Our staff will lead the activities, but supervising adults must be present to help with general group management.
