They don't allow a school lead party, needs to be booked to be walked around with someone from their team.

Staff were welcoming and helpful ... the children were fully engaged and learned a lot about wild birds.

Fabulous! The children get a lot out of the day. The staff are friendly and they know exactly what they are talking about.
