Woodland CPS Bushcraft School

WoodlandCPS Bushcraft School - will work alongside your timetable to provide a bespoke Activity/Enrichment Club. Bushcraft is learning the skills required to thrive and not just survive in the wilderness. The WoodlandCPS Bushcraft program includes a range of Bushcraft fundamentals including making and using tools, safely starting fires, flora and fauna identification, and game preparation. Bushcraft does not recognise natures boundaries, whether it be Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter, Bushcraft is practiced 365 days of the year. Modern teachings involving the outdoor classroom space have proven to greatly enhance the school students’ educational experience. Bushcraft and the skills learnt work hand in hand and can easily cross over with current Duke of Edinburgh Awards. Bushcraft has also proven to be very beneficial to those students who may be showing signs from the Autism Spectrum.
