Was difficult arriving in the evening with a group. You would not allow us to met in the venue which is not particularly safe for children especially in town during the evening where there was an incident taking place that involved police and ambulance. It would be better for school groups to be able to greet and wait with students in the lobby for safeguarding reasons.
