Opening Times

Waterside Visits take place during term time, from April to October half term. Half day:10am – 12noon or 1-3pm (2 hour visit per class) You can book one class per visit (roughly 30 children). You can book up to two classes per day. 10am - 12noon & 1pm - 3pm.

'Explorers' is the Trust's education programme aimed at schools or groups working with children aged 5-11. We inspire children's learning by connecting them to our canals and rivers. Each canal and river is unique and offers powerful ways to engage children and bring learning to life. Our learning programme is closely linked to the national curriculum and group badges. Our dedicated volunteers lead inspiring visits on the towpath, in our museums or in your school or clubhouse. Discover the magic of your local waterway and book a group visit with us today.
