• All instructions given at the venue were very clear and precise. Everybody knew what was going on and were clearly informed. • The teacher at the gardens was very knowledgeable and made the lesson interesting and exciting for the children. She was clearly passionate about her subject area.

The staff were fantastic, they helped with the planning and delivery of the field trip. Our students found it informative and have managed to produce their Field work portfolies from the day.

Visit was primarily to the British Bird of Prey Centre within the National Botanic Garden of Wales. Excellent facility. Staff at Bird of Prey Centre answered questions and had good knowledge about the birds they cared for. Botanic Gardens were looked after; dome area kept clean.

Unfortunately a number of the exhibits were closed for renovation. Had we known this beforehand we would most likely have delayed the trip.
