We serve schools across the country (national remit), we have over 10 years' experience working in Holocaust education, having taken over 100 school, university, youth and faith groups on study tours to southern Poland and Auschwitz Birkenau. Additionally, having worked closely with Leeds City Council developing a comprehensive knowledge of the Education Visits Health and Safety processes, we can support your school in completing the pre-visit documentation.

We work closely with the Holocaust Survivors Friendship Association (http://holocaustlearning.org/) , a Leeds-based charity that preserves the memory, testimony and records of the Holocaust survivors based in Yorkshire, England for research, teaching and learning. Collaboratively we have

Our Philosophy
Before millions of people became known solely as “victims”, they had lives, families and thriving communities. Many conventional history tours neglect to focus on this side of the story.
Holocaust Study Tours does not begin with the Nazis. Their legacy is Auschwitz. A place where one may argue, we will see the Jewish community how the Nazis intended – dehumanised, without name, without dignity.
Holocaust Study Tours begins with pre-war Jewish life. Not as a generic community but as individuals. The dreams, the aspirations , the daily struggles of life of the people who once made Krakow and the surrounding areas their home. Using song, poetry and literature we attempt to connect to the voices of those who are no longer here.
