Great center with so much to offer for STEM and DofE

Most of the activities were brilliant. Photo hunt was not a good activity. There was a lot of waiting around time in between breakfast and the first activity and the last activity of the afternoon to dinner to then the last activity. The children struggled with such long stretches of waiting. The accommodation in Rowan was fine. Cedar's block was not nice e.g. torn curtains, horrible toilet, not enough toilets for the amount of children and too far away from the bedrooms so there were toileting accidents in the night, no shower facilities in the block. Half of the children got a nice experience in Rowan and half a horrible one in Cedars which wasn't really fair. We would have really appreciated a central person to welcome us on arrival as again there was a lot of waiting around and no one came to great us and tell us what to do.

The catering package doesn't represent good value for what is charged.
