The Discovery surf school is usually well organised and the instructors are excellent. However on this occasion there was a mis-communication between the person who sent us an email with an arrival time and the actual time that instructors were ready for us. We kept being told to come back in 10 minutes by someone in the office, which resulted in the young people waiting around in the rain for 30mins. If we had been asked at the start to return in 30 mins then we could have taken the group away to play games on the beach and avoided young people from becoming agitated.

The staff are always very helpful and know how to instruct young people whether they have previously surfed or not.
