Excellent service. Very friendly and efficient. It would be better if they had a platform where both parties could see most up-to-date documents (similar to what NST do) instead of sending back and froth copies of the same document.

The planning process was laborious and admin heavy, with the person I was dealing with changing three times which duplicated work. Certain aspects of the trip were not quite right e.g. the wrong type of tour being booked, and timings not being appropriate in the schedule for travel which led to us missing some of our main activity. We made the best of it and pupils really enjoyed the trip, we just won't be using VIE again for this trip.

Great communication from VIE throughout the planning process and during the trip to ensure that we had all the information needed, including drivers contact details.

Could potentially bring trip down a year group if running again. Venue were flexible in changes to activities to suit needs/interest of kids. Pre-trip communication from Visions was very comprehensive and all the travel arrangements and booked activities ran smoothly.
