For residential visits, year two would normally be the youngest groups. However, for day visits we love to see Nursery and Infant children here!
Absolutely - your residential is about you, not us! We'll arrange to discuss your programme with your group leader well in advance of your stay to ensure the programme meets your objectives and is appropriate for your group. This meeting can be at the centre (we always welcome a pre-visit) or by video link.
No! We firmly believe that 4 nights/5 days is right for most year 5 and 6 groups but we know it will usually be too long for younger groups. Please contact us to discuss 1 or 2 night stays.
Definitely! And while you're here we can support you with a range of subjects including GCSE PE, Geography and History.
Absolutely! Our excellent catering team will have everything covered for you - just so long as you let us know of any specific requirements before you arrive.

Great for collaboration and team building. Learning the importance of helping each other in order for the group to succeed.

All the children had a great time! Despite worries about being away from home, they were kept too busy to think about it. We had a few (expected) tears at bedtime, but all other worries such as food, taking part in activities etc were easily settled by the friendly staff, clean accommodation and delicious child friendly food.

As there are a wide range of opportunities for the children to experience learning outside of the classroom, it fits into many areas of the curriculum. Links were planned to enable the Y6 group to develop their skills in a new setting.
