Brilliant trip, pupils very well behaved and positive feedback from parents and staff. CJN to be firmer with parents regarding bringing enough spray on suncream, skins and waterbottles, all to be named. CJN to encourage parents/pupils where possible to pack hand luggage and not hold due to last trip losing 19 bags for a number of days. CJN has requested that within the costings of the trip to include the 3 day river descent, along with original caves. Important for us to keep baggage receipts upon departure of respective airports, helps with tracking down any lost bags. Continue to leave enough time to get through Lyon airport which continues to be slow with a large group
