met the brief very well. Students engaged throughout the day with lots of different activities.

A wide range of activities which sparked interest and cemented understanding of archaeology and life in the Stone Age.

The visit was very well pitched for Year 1 children with science (plants and trees) as the main forcus but also taking into account maths (number bonds to 20), English (adjectives to describe bamboo) and lots of physical exercise!
