Lots to see, interactive components for children to engage with.

Duxford is a fantastic venue with far more to see in a day. We completed the Battle of Britain documentary challenge workshop run by the IWM staff- we were really impressed at the setup used, the technology and the ease that the children found creating their documentaries. I would advise booking this experience a little later in the day to give the children half an hour or so in the Battle of Britain hangar to familiarise themselves with the exhibits and potentially take some notes so they can spend the documentary hour filming content. The new play area is fantastic, the large Lancaster piece of equipment was a firm favorite and many of my year 6 boys enjoyed role-playing here!
