Magdalen Farm is a 132 acre organic farm and nature reserve on the banks of the River Axe, where Dorset, Somerset and Devon meet.
Magdalen is all about people. Children, adults and families come here to learn and to get hands-on with nature.
We welcome 3000 children on schools trips each year, coming from far and wide for bespoke programmes of activities and learning.
Popular activities at the farm include- Survival in the wild, River dipping, Hands on farming and Eco-cooking. Groups love to learn where their food comes from or care for the animals we have here on the farm. Physical and team building activities such as oreinteering and the low ropes challenge complements arts, crafts, tree planting and discovering the farm's amazing wildlife. The climbing frame and zip wire are good for burning off any excess energy.
