Organisation for primary school pupils could be improved by a much more structured approach. If the aim was for children to be introduced to YZ then they really should have been given a full tour of the facilities available to them for future visits.

The organisation for a whole day trip, needs to be more structured and thought out for the needs of primary school pupils.
