Small special needs groups email for an individual price.
Please note that we have a maximum of a class size group from one school/college on the farm site at one time.

Find out where our food comes from. Mount Pleasant School Farm is situated on a modern dairy farm on the southern edge of the Birmingham conurbation between M42 Junctions 2 & 3. Originally established as part of Birmingham's Outdoor Learning Service. We hold tailored, curriculum focussed school visits which can be adapted from Foundation to KS5 . All visits are led by an experienced farm teacher and you will be the only group on the farm site. The eco-designed classroom with many sustainable features is situated in the farmyard. As well as the herd of dairy cows your pupils will have hands - on time feeding sheep and chickens, collecting eggs and learning about the dairy industry. Free pre-visits by teachers are welcomed by prior arrangement. All visits must be discussed and booked in advance. To meet the highest standard of bio-security wellington boots are provided and must be worn by all visiting staff and pupils.
