The children had a great time on their PGL residential. We had a few issues with the cleanliness of the site and we also had a day of no hot water in our accommodation but the managers and team leaders were incredible at checking in with us and offering us compensatory activities to make up for the issues.

We had an excellent stay but it quite expensive.
