Tickets appear to have been oversold, meaning it was extremely busy. Many students only got onto one ride in the day, others did not get on any. Queues were often over 2 hours and rides closed without warning. Some people who queued for 2 hours were then told to leave the queue. The Pleasure Beach complaints department is awful. We have waited two months for a response to our complaint without reply.

Unfortunately the Pleasure Beach was extremely busy resulting in the children accessing 3 rides all day. 2 of which broke down when queuing.
