An outstanding establishment. The whole set up is really well thought out with the safety and well-being of students at the heart of it all. Any issues and the staff go out of their way to ensure that they find solutions. They are really concious of ratios and the number of staff to students is usually 1:8 if not better. Can not reccommend them highly enough.

Excellent, good food, enthusiastic staff are really good with the students, lots of activities. Great for language practice too, students are immersed in Spanish

Perfect location, excellent hotel facilities, rooms very well equipped, excellent food excellent itinerary. Arbolar staff and specialist activities staff all excellent.

All activities provided as per schedule and to a very good standard EXCEPT: some pupils could not do sailing owing to high winds and the language lessons were not well presented, although content was good. This will be addressed in feedback to Voyager Travel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Arbolar. The staff were very attentive, running the activities professionally. The food was good, meeting lots of dietary requirements. The rooms required a little maintenance (hence the 4 stars) but given the popularity of the centre and use by school groups, it is understandable. We would certainly use again.

An excellent centre. Location is phenomenal, staff are at their best; friendly and engaging and go beyond the necessary to help staff and students. Food was really good, especially the tapas night which the students all loved.
