The planning process was laborious and admin heavy, with the person I was dealing with changing three times which duplicated work. Certain aspects of the trip were not quite right e.g. the wrong type of tour being booked, and timings not being appropriate in the schedule for travel which led to us missing some of our main activity. We made the best of it and pupils really enjoyed the trip, we just won't be using VIE again for this trip.

Great communication from VIE throughout the planning process and during the trip to ensure that we had all the information needed, including drivers contact details.

Could potentially bring trip down a year group if running again. Venue were flexible in changes to activities to suit needs/interest of kids. Pre-trip communication from Visions was very comprehensive and all the travel arrangements and booked activities ran smoothly.

The trip was well organised - our only gripe was that the cost of some evening activities were not discussed in advance so we had to go back to parents after the costs were agreed to request more money. Our tour guide provided by Vision Education was excellent. We would use them again.
