Paultons Park is open from 10:00am.
For opening details, please visit our website as we do close on certain days between October and March.
Entry to the park starts at just £11.75 per student for school groups. All rates are inclusive of VAT. An allocation of complimentary adult tickets is also included.
We invoice AFTER your visit based on the exact number of children who attended. No deposit required, no cancellation fee. We also post tickets in advance to reduce wait times at Admissions.
Workshops are £1.50 (KS1 and KS2) or £2.25 (Secondary and Post16 programmes).
We offer a generous 1:5 free adult:student ratio for nursery, KS1, KS2 and SEN and a 1:10 ratio for KS3+. A reduced rate applies for additional adults.
Education rates are based on a minimum of 12 paying students, must be booked in advance and are only open to OFSTED (or equivalent) registered school groups.

The Park boasts over 70 rides and attractions; beautiful gardens and a host of animals and birds to entertain, educated and delight students. Unlike other Parks, we limit the number of school groups on site to ensure that everyone has a great time with minimal queue times and teachers a stress free trip!
Looking for the learning?
We were nominated for the best Education Workshop in 2024 by the readers of School Travel Magazine due to the quality of our sessions; all run by qualified teachers. Our most popular sessions include rollercoaster forces, ride programming and theme park creator. All sessions are carefully matched to the National Curriculum and make strong links with the Park. Our Zoo team also run a number of brilliant 'mini-meets' if your focus is biology.
For older students, we offer focussed business and maths sessions covering a range of topics.
Booking
We have one of the simplest booking procedures in the country! We invoice after the visit based on the number of children who came to the Park. No deposit, no paying for unused tickets, no parking charges! We also send tickets to the school free of charge - just get off the coach and straight into the Park!

Paultons Park is a family theme park with over 70 rides and attractions. We have a huge number of rides to cater for all age groups.
New for 2026 is Drakon.... a rollercoaster for the bravest students! With a beyond vertical first drop and two inversions it will thrill all students. Older students will also love Raven, VildSwing, Storm Chaser, Cyclonator, Flight of the Pterosaur, Velociraptor and Edge.

It is our belief that every school child should have a great trip. We want our queue times to be really small so school groups can access all of our rides and attractions during their visit.
No, we have a large free carpark with ample coach parking. Our coach park is near the entrance and there is a pavement down to the turnstiles.
We have the shortest queue times of all major UK theme parks thanks the sheer number of rides and attractions we have; along with our limited capacity. Your students will spend less time queueing and more time doing!
We run an off-peak / peak model with it being cheapest to visit Feb-May and Sept-Dec.

Entry in to the park was done swiftly, despite having a group of around 60 pupils and adults. Once inside the park, the groups were able to go on many rides as queue times were short and well-managed. The many water refill stations were really helpful and the children had a fantastic time. The park is beautifully themed and spotless throughout. We will definitely return.

Fantastic day. Tickets delivered in advance. Free ticket for 1:1 helper for SEND pupil as well as a queue jump for him.

Brilliant workshop, tailored to the groups needs. Great theme park with minimal ques, meaning the kids had a fantastic day.
