STC Expeditions communication from enquiry to departure was absolutely fantastic - the team could not be more responsive or helpful. In country and on return the same applies. Could not fault their 'organisation'. I would query the tipping aspect in-country, as this could be quite stressful at times and there may be better ways to manage this or support trip leaders in future.
