Forget about fancy flips and tricks – just bouncing on the spot improves balance and coordination for your entire body. It even helps your brain build synapses and neural pathways! #bounceology
Repetitive bouncing puts small amounts of stress on your bones. Over time, this actually compresses bones and makes them denser, reducing the risk of osteoporosis and similar ailments. In medical circles it’s known as trampo-winning.
Ground is hard. Impact caused by running can put strain on your back, lower limbs and joints. Trampolines are soft. They absorb impact and can take up to 80% of the stress off weight-bearing joints. Plus, it’s impossible to smile whilst running. It’s impossible NOT to smile whilst trampolining!
Your lymphatic system carries nutrients to your cells. Recent research has shown that trampolining stimulates the system and increases lymph flow by as much as 15 times. That’s what you call a lymphatic victory!
When bouncing, every cell within the body moves up and down. This strengthens the cell membrane and keeps the contents safe. We like to call it boing-ification.
A recent study by NASA found that trampolining created the same cardiovascular effects as running, but in one third of the time. So, ten glorious minutes on a trampoline equates to thirty on a treadmill.
Trampolining: three times more effective than running and a thousand times more fun.
Now there’s a giant leap for mankind.
