This is a very physical trip with a lot of out education.

Excellent chalet accomodation and the descent down the Ardéche was beautiful.

From a pupils perspective Segries was great. However, from a teachers point of view I found that some of the organisational aspects were lacking. The coach drivers did not receive their itineraries until day 2, the itineraries they were given were different from the ones we were given. We called the duty manager 4 times one night and we could not get through as she had gone back to her tent, rather than stay in the office.

Fab trip enjoyed by the pupils. Staff on centre great but seemed less in number than previous and those working seemed 'stretched' River teams all great and Dave was brilliant when we had to call for help on the water due to a panic attack.

Clear organisation of safety procedures, staff awareness and strong staff-pupil relationships to ensure positive behaviour as well as building trust and respect. On occasions staff delivered activities not pitched for the correct level, however staff were new and lacked experience with feedback they excelled.
